Sage Creek High School PTSA
Disneyland/California Adventure Grad Nite Celebration
June 6, 2025
Waiver & Release of Liability
Disney Grad Nite is a drug, tobacco (including age 18 and over), vape, and alcohol-free event. Any graduating senior who engages in prohibited behavior, including but not limited to possessing or being under the influence of tobacco, drugs, alcohol, weapons, or engages in any other undesirable conduct, will be removed at the discretion of Disneyland Security, the transportation company, and/or Grad Nite Chaperones.
If this should occur, the student may be left in the custody of local authorities. The parent/guardian will be notified and is responsible for arranging student's release and transportation, or the parent/guardian will be contacted and required to pick up the student from the party venue. The student and parent/guardian are liable for the full replacement cost of any and all loss or damage to any person or property that is directly or indirectly caused by the student. The Grad Nite celebration is not a school-sponsored event and Sage Creek High School assumes no legal liability associated with this event.
STUDENTS MUST RIDE THE BUS to and from Disney. If the student misses the bus, they are not allowed to drive themselves and become ineligible to attend. If the student misses the return bus, it becomes the responsibility of the parent/guardian/student to arrange for the return ride.
NO REFUNDS will be granted for any reason. If the student is unable to attend, it is their responsibility to sell the ticket, only to a SCHS Graduating Senior, and must notify PTSA of the sale so that the name on the ticket can be transferred and a Waiver & Release of Liability can be signed by the new ticket holder.
NO FOOD will be allowed on the buses. Empty reusable water bottles (no glass) can be brought on the buses and into the Disney parks.
PURCHASE OF BOBCAT GRAD NITE TICKET is required to attend the event. Disney Annual Passes are not accepted. No tickets are sold at the door.
IF THE STUDENT BECOMES ILL and needs to spend more than 1 hour in First Aid, the parent/guardian will be called to pick the student up from the venue within 2 hours of the call.
NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, VAPES, will be allowed, even if the student is 18 or over.
STUDENTS WILL GO THROUGH SECURITY SCREENING at the school before being allowed on buses, and by Disneyland Security personnel before entering the park.
PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE must be in the original bottle with the student's name on it. Inhalers are okay.
